Pesto Shrimp Quinoa

Pesto + Shrimp + Quinoa = Protein Perfection! You only need 2 ingredients for this protein packed recipe, a Cucina & Amore Basil Pesto Quinoa Meal and some shrimp. It only takes a few minutes to cook the shrimp or if you’re feeling extra fancy, you can always buy cooked shrimp. Either way, it’s a delicious meal packed with a pesto-y protein punch!

Cucina & Amore Pesto Shrimp Quinoa

Serving Size: 1-2
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5-10 minutes



  1. In a medium bowl, pour the ready-to-eat quinoa (from the Quinoa Meal)
  2. Add the cooked shrimp
  3. Pour on as much pesto (from the Quinoa Meal) as you like
  4. Stir until evenly mixed
  5. Enjoy!


  • Use chicken instead of shrimp
