I love options. Who doesn’t? It’s what keeps life interesting. When I decided to make this recipe, I was delighted to find several different ways of eating it and more importantly, enjoying it! There’s so many things out there that can be used as an alternative option, but you would never think of it until someone gave you the option and opened your eyes to the world of endless foodie possibilities. This recipe is exactly that, which provides you with 3 different ways to enjoy our Artichoke Bruschetta & Tuna mix.

Cook Time: 2-3 minutes
- 4 TBS Cucina & Amore Artichoke Bruschetta (it’s both gluten-free & vegan)
- 1 can Tuna (I used Chicken of the Sea Lite Tuna in Water)
- In a medium sized bowl, place the 4 tbs of artichoke bruschetta
- Open the can of tuna and drain any excess water
- Place the drained tuna in the bowl with the artichoke bruschetta
- Stir until evenly mixed
Option #1 – Sandwich
Obviously, the easiest way to eat this Artichoke & Bruschetta with Tuna is by making it a tuna sandwich alternative. It only requires 3 ingredients (bread, artichoke bruschetta, & tuna) and it’s full of protein and fiber without the unhealthy additive of mayo.
Option #2 – Low Carb Lettuce Wrap
I’m always trying to find healthy low carb alternatives when I can. This lettuce wrap option is perfect for those who want a refreshing wrap without the carb guilt later.
Option #3 – Bruschetta Bites
You can always use the ingredients for what they were originally intended for. The combination of artichoke & tuna make the perfect appetizer for a party or a simple snack.
