Summer Fancy Food Show Recap

Just like that the 2016 Summer Fancy Food Show has come and gone. It was a 3 day extravaganza in which people from all over the world came to the Javits Center in New York City to experience and learn about all things related to the specialty food industry. The Specialty Food Association reported that it was the largest turnout they have ever had with “over 47,000 industry professionals, 2,670 exhibitors, and almost 400 first-time exhibitors.” It was a sight to see and a memory to be made.

This year at the Summer Fancy Food Show, you could find Cucina & Amore at Booth #1353. We were serving a smorgasbord of samples ranging from gnocchi & pasta sauce, pesto & truffle sauces, bruschettas, quinoa meals, artichoke hearts, and salsas. It was sure to satisfy any savory tooth in the entire convention center.

Cucina & Amore was able to display and present some of their new products including a variety of grains and beans such as lentils, farro, cannellini beans, polenta, arborio rice, and couscous. In addition, we have also added grapeseed oil, sliced tomatoes, and pizza sauce. Of course, it wouldn’t be Cucina & Amore without our best selling item, our ready-to-eat Quinoa Meals!

It was an eventful 3 days filled with walking, networking, and tons of food. One thing is for sure, the Kitchen of Love was excited to share their love for Cucina & Amore with a smile.

We had a great turnout at our booth this year at the Summer Fancy Food Show. We hope to keep sharing our love for delicious, healthy food with Cucina & Amore. Thank you all who came and hope to see you again next year!

A Kitchen of Love from our Family to Yours!
