Prep Time: 3-5 minutes
Cook Time: 1-2 minutes



  1. Open the quinoa meal
  2. Pour the quinoa into a medium sized bowl
  3. Add the Artichoke & Roasted Peppers sauce
  4. Open the tuna
  5. Drain the excess water
  6. Add the tuna to the Artichoke & Roasted Peppers Quinoa Meal
  7. Mix all ingredients together
  8. Enjoy!
