Protein Packed Breakfast Bowl

Everyone knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Why not start the day off right with a healthy meal full of healthy protein and carbs? This recipe is perfect for the vegetarian, gluten free foodie who wants a meal packed with a protein punch!

Serving Size: 1-2
Prep Time: 2-3 minutes

  1. Heat a skillet or sauce pan on medium heat
  2. Scramble the egg
  3. Add the scrambled egg to the pan
  4. Add as much spinach and kale as you like
    • You can choose either one. I had a mixed container of both
  5. Open both containers in the quinoa meal
  6. In a medium-sized bowl, place the quinoa then add as much Jalapeño mix as you like
    • Make sure the sauce is thoroughly mixed in with the quinoa
  7. Add the scrambled egg, spinach, and kale to the Jalapeño Quinoa mix
  8. Stir all the ingredients together
  9. If you like your quinoa heated, pop the bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds
