Turkey Artichoke Pesto Sandwich

The best part about a sandwich is your ability to customize it any way you want. Even by adding one simple ingredient to the traditional sandwich can make a world of difference.

This Turkey Artichoke Pesto Sandwich recipe is the perfect afternoon pick me up. It will satisfy those sandwich craving tastebuds and leave you with a feeling of, damn that was good! At least that was my reaction when I made it.

Serving Size: 1 or 2
Prep Time: 10-12 minutes
Cook Time: 0-5 minutes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut the roll in half
    • You could also try using focaccia bread 
  2. Spread each slice of bread with the Artichoke Pesto
  3. Add a slice of provolone cheese to one or both slices of bread
    • If you’re like me, you can toast/melt your cheese in a toaster oven
  4. Slice the tomato and add it to the sandwich
  5. Add a few slices of turkey
  6. Put on some spinach leaves
  7. Top it off with some Artichoke Hearts
    • Take the leaves of the artichoke and add it on top of the spinach (add as much as you like)
  8. Cut the sandwich in half
