Spinach, Kale & Artichoke Salad

Most of the times, simpler is just better. You don’t have to add a ton of ingredients to a salad to make it flavorful, delicious and satisfying. I think sometimes, simplicity is key, especially when you don’t have time to chop all the fixings for a salad.

This Spinach, Kale, and Artichoke salad is just that…spinach, kale, and artichoke. What brings it altogether is the dressing. In this case, there are actually 2 dressings, Cucina & Amore Fruttato Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena that come together for an appetizing salad that everyone is sure to enjoy.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the spinach and kale in a big bowl
  2. Open the jar of artichoke hearts
  3. Take off the leaves of the artichoke hearts and add them to the salad
    • Add as much as you’d like
  4. Toss the salad with the Fruttato Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • Make sure it coats the entire salad evenly
  5. Drizzle the Balsamic Vinegar on top of the blended salad
  6. Enjoy!
